Step 1:

Inquire and verify at the Customer Service/Complaint Desk the requirements and eligibility for Senior Citizen Discount Privilege application.

Step 2:

Fill-up and submit the Application Form C-2 together with other requirements needed to the Customer Service/Complaint Desk for verification.

​

Step 3:

Pay corresponding fees to the Teller.

​

Step 4:

Go back to the Customer Service/Complaint Desk and present the Official Receipt. The availment of the 5% discount will be effective the next billing.

Step 5:

For the continues availment of the Senior Citizen Discount Privilege, kindly renew your privilege every January of the following year.
